It does make sound but I do not find it disturbing or objectionable. I read reviews before purchasing this range as well as reviews for a couple of other brands. Unfortunately there is so much information online that it seems if we avoid everything with any reviews which may be negative for any reason we would never buy anything. I considered all of the reviews that I had read and bought this range in Fall 2017. I have not regretted it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fan always on when the oven is in use, but it is not so noisy. Level of noise depends. In general, the stove is solid build and produces a good impression.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The oven fan goes on whenever the oven is used, and stays on for a while after the oven is turned off. I hear it when it is on, but do not find it noisy at all. If it is noisy, it may be that the back of the stove is too close to the wall , and does not provide sufficient ventilation.
