These lenses do not block blue light and I do not plan to use or buy transition lenses for these Bose sunglasses. Not sure if transition lenses are available.

Check were you purchase prescription glasses at to see if they can put the kind of lenses you're looking for in the frame. A lot of times if you have a extra pair of lenses your eye doctor might be able to send off to lab they use to have new prescription lenses cut exactly to fit your new sunglasses.
