QuestionI got a 6.1 bose system, with subwoofer but using sony reciver STR`-DH790 and I can hook another subwoofer BASS MODULE 700 to the reciver, it will make any difference in the sound with two subwoofers

- Answer Hello! You can pair more than one Bass module 700 to the Soundbar 700 should you want more audio. Whilst we can't speak directly for the receiver that you have mentioned, we would recommend that if the first bass module works, then the second will also. While the audio you hear will be improved compared to using one bass module, we would recommend that if you want to be sure that you visit a Bose store to listen to a system with 2 bass modules connect to ensure that you're happy with this. - Answer My 700 did not produce any sound when connected to AVR through a wireless sound adapter using a 3.5 mm audio connector. Neither did module 300.

QuestionMy 700 subwoofer just stopped working light in back is white but will not play played well for awhile then just stopped what can I do to fix it

- Answer I am having this trouble on my 300. White light is on in the back. It might have sound for a bit then nothing. I even bought the 3.5mm cod to connect it to the sound bar. Same thing. I've never used the app.

- Answer It does not. You need a 3.5mm audio cable(male to male) which is very common and cheap.

- Answer The 300 base module turn into the 700 for the new 700 sound bar. I just bought a 700 base module to go with my SoundTouch 300 it’s exactly the same just a different label from what I found.

QuestionWhy does my 700 bass make a cracking noise during movies and not when I'm listing to music..

- Answer I, along many others, had and complained about the same problem. Bose said that the room is too small or the WiFi source is too close causing interference which wasn’t true in my setup. Anyways, the fix is installing a 3.5mm male to male audio cable from the soundbar to the subwoofer. This solves the popping problem.
