“How do you know when the charging case needs to be charged? I have the case that comes with the Soundsport Free (looks different than above) - there are LED lights next to each of the ports that hold each earbud but how do I know when to charge the case?”

Hi, thanks for the question. The SoundSport Free charging case has 5 led lights that will count down as the battery drains. When the lights go down to 2 or 1 its time to recharge! Hope that helped! Tony-Bose Support
