I tried these on in the store and they were fairly large on my head. Can you adjust these to where they fit a smaller head? I feel like it’s a stupid question, but I couldn’t figure out how when I was in the store. Thank you. null

The cups slide up and down the headband maybe an inch to allow them to fit smaller and larger heads, but they may not go small enough for your comfort.

Yes you can, the ear pieces slide up and down. They should fit any head!

Yes,you can adjust the headphones by holding the earphone in one hand, while pressing downward on the headband with the other hand. This will reduce the size to fit your head.
