Charge port is a standard USB-C. Any aftermarket will work. Which is what I’ve used since buying.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The earphones have been consistently holding 20 hours of charge. Charging time from nearly empty (1 hour) to full extremely brief. Rarely will you need to wear AND charge at same time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They cannot be used while charging. I would guess the shorter cable is partly chosen to fit in the headphone case. The charging cable is a USB-C to USB-A cable. I purchased a longer USB-C to USB-A online. I believe Best Buy carries them.
