The 700 are amazing, if your looking for the best noise cancellation I would recommend the qc35, they are better than theses only by a little.

They were very good too and would work for what you need. However right after I bought them and used them I looked on the best by app and saw that the newer model Bose headphones were on sale for only $20 more so I returned the quiet comfort ones to get the ones I have now.
