No, they are not good for running unless you want to listen to the pre installed nature noises through the app. You cannot use these for playing your own music.

Hi, I guess you could run with them on, be sure that they fit correctly in your ear. However, the volume is set low for sleeping. Hope this helps.

If you want to run with sounds of nature vs music I see no reason you couldn’t run with these. They do not play music, they play sounds meant to drown out unwanted sounds such as snoring or tv, etc.

No. These are good for sleeping and to relax in a loud environment. These connect with an app that plays a few relaxing tunes and does not connect to music apps. I purshased the Bose noise masking for noise cancelling during commute and to avoid construction sounds. I will recommend the Bose soundsport free wireless earbuds for running. I own a pair and they work well with an IPhone X.

No. These are only good for sleeping. They’re meant to mask sounds not play music out of them. They’re really comfortable while you’re sleeping.
