No, they are not good for running unless you want to listen to the pre installed nature noises through the app. You cannot use these for playing your own music.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your question, JasonGo. The Bose noise-masking sleepbuds were engineered specifically to solve the problem of unwanted noise keeping you from falling asleep and staying asleep. In order to achieve a form factor small enough to be comfortable for sleeping and fit batteries that can support sound playback for an entire night, we made the conscious design decision to not stream audio to the sleepbuds. Instead, we store the sound files on each of the sleepbuds and play them back locally, dramatically extending the audio playback time achievable in this tiny form factor. We hope this helps. Have a fantastic day. Ashley - Bose Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, I guess you could run with them on, be sure that they fit correctly in your ear. However, the volume is set low for sleeping. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you want to run with sounds of nature vs music I see no reason you couldn’t run with these. They do not play music, they play sounds meant to drown out unwanted sounds such as snoring or tv, etc.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. These are good for sleeping and to relax in a loud environment. These connect with an app that plays a few relaxing tunes and does not connect to music apps. I purshased the Bose noise masking for noise cancelling during commute and to avoid construction sounds. I will recommend the Bose soundsport free wireless earbuds for running. I own a pair and they work well with an IPhone X.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. These are only good for sleeping. They’re meant to mask sounds not play music out of them. They’re really comfortable while you’re sleeping.
