• I think it would depend on how close to your windows the dogs are, etc. however I don’t hear any outside noise when I wear them and my neighbors have 2 little terriers.

• These may at full volume, but still allow for some ambient noise to come through. I would recommend fitting it with the right size gel so you have the full sound covering inside the ear.

• It will greatly reduce the dogs volume. It still allow some sound through for smoke alarms and such.
