Hi! Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing - this is certainly not normal behavior for the sleepbuds. I would recommend contacting technical support for your region - they will be more than happy to help you out in regards to solving your problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pair with my iPhone 8 Plus. You must have the Sleepbuds out of their charging station before they will pair. They will not pair while in the charging station. Give that a try or contact Bose about which phone you are using.
