• I am having same issue and it is not working. It’s was an expensive piece and to not work after a few months and can’t get any other answer from Boss either.

• I pair with my iPhone 8 Plus. You must have the Sleepbuds out of their charging station before they will pair. They will not pair while in the charging station. Give that a try or contact Bose about which phone you are using.
