Are they charged when you purchase them? null

Hey Jerryl, Thanks for your question. There should be a level of charge out of the box, but we would recommend fully charging them before their first use.

Mine came partially charged, not fully charged.

I think mine were partially charged when I purchased them, but I still charged them longer before first using.

Yes, the units ship with a partial charge.
