• Yes, you can do this. The volume can't be adjusted for the alarm.

• I haven’t tried but it has Alexa. You can set all the alerts and alarms you want with Alexa. You should be good to go.

• This device is an Alexa device. It will do whatever you ask it to do. So in short, yes. As far as volume, I am guessing it will use the current volume setting.
