• I don’t own an android phone, but it connects to my iPhone. It should be able to connect to any Bluetooth phone.

• As long as your phone is connected to bluetooth on your Bose, yes, you should be able to listen to your Pandora. I don't have Pandora but I listen to my Spotify everyday.
