Yes, but they are not comfortable to sleep in. If you sleep on your back and have a firm pillow or no pillow or you sleep sitting upright then maybe they'll be okay, but I would not recommend using them for this. Bose has a noise cancelling headphone for sleep that may be a better fit for you.

However, I don't think this would work well if you are a "side sleeper" or you change sleeping positions frequently. Unless you are a "back sleeper" you may find them uncomfortable to wear while sleeping or laying down. You can easily adjust the noise cancelation from none to low or high either on the headset itself or in the Bose app. With the high noise cancelation setting almost all external sound in most frequencies is blocked.
