No they are both android and iOS
But google assistant is built in as quick menu button and it can be switched to sound cancel modes.

Not sure about the QC25(never used it), but QC 35 is good for any device which supports bluetooth. You have to install an app and it works fine. If you connect directly(without app) it gets connected to only one device and would not be recognized by other devices.
