what does it mean by not in new condition null

Sorry that I am late with a response. It technically means that they were opened and were used a couple times before someone decided to return or sell them. However that doesn't mean they don't work. Best buy always checks the quality and promises they'll work if they resell them, the product is still in good conditions. It gets kind of confusing because best buy for the majority of their products, they like to label them as not in new condition. Hope this helps.
