A:AnswerThey did not nor was I advised of that when the purchase was made. I told them they were to used on an overseas flight and nothing else was suggested.
A:AnswerI don’t recommend it, but not because of why you might think. Active Noise Reduction (ANR) can be part of a noise reduction strategy, but this is more about earplugs with ANR and noise reducing earmuffs. The are typically large earmuffs stuffed with lots of foam, and can be worn for a long period of time while working (OSHA approved). Bose noise cancelling headphones are awesome for flights, and would reduce the noise from a lawn mower - however, they have very little foam. As a result, they will quickly become sweat boxes for your ears if you’re doing any excercise it hard work. So if you’re cutting your grass once a week on a ride on mower, they’d be better than no ear protection, but if you’re talking more than that, go with double protection (ear plugs with safety earmuffs. Throw triple protection of ANR into the mix if you wish, but probably not Bose over or on ear headphones. Just my opinion.
A:AnswerI don't believe so. These are absolutely great and very comfortable, but I personally would never wear them in the rain. You will see the headsets on the sidelines of the NFL games where they are standing in the rain and seemingly the Bose units are not hurt, but I doubt they are the same unit made to same specs.
A:AnswerNot unless the h8 emits a Bluetooth signal, but you could get a Bluetooth hub and hook it to the tv and it would work that way, but usually headphones made specifically for tv's, have a base connected to the tv and emits the signal from the base
A:AnswerHello, Samson. The QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II are compatible with most Bluetooth enabled devices. They are compatible with the iPhone XS Max, and will connect with ease. We hope this helps. Ashley - Bose Support
A:AnswerThe headset fits securely on the head and rests on the ears circumference. It is not excessively tight. However it can make your ears rather hot after a couple of hours. It reduces the Db levels significantly but you can still hear loud noises if you are not streaming audio. Fairly light weight and excellent sound quality.
A:AnswerThank you for your question! The QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II feature the new 'Action Button'. This button can be programmed to control either noise-cancellation levels (High, Low, or Off), or to activate Google Assistant (requires the Google Assistant app for iOS devices). To better hear someone speaking nearby, you can simply toggle through the noise-cancellation levels by pressing the Action Button. We hope this helps! - Brian
A:AnswerI absolutely love mine! I would say yes because while bushogging and cutting wood with a power saw I don’t hear anything.
Definitely recommend.
A:AnswerIt is my understanding one should not use them in the car because it may cut out noises such as another car's horn. I have not used them in a car. Maybe on an airplane someday.
A:AnswerI think the cord is about 3 feet or so but you can replace it with a longer one if necessary. It will pair well with your MAC as I have paired more with my iPad, Macbook, and Windows PC for Skype meetings.
A:AnswerThis is possible if you have the Soundbar 500 or Soundbar 700 connected to your TV using Bose SimpleSync. For more info please visit https://bose.life/2rwMhsi.
