Can the rechargeable battery be replaced? null

Doubt it. I expect the battery to last as long as the headphones themselves.

Short answer no. If you have the time, tools, and knowledge/experience then you can take the headphones apart and find a battery that is a similar size and replace it that way... I'd recommend against that though it's not very easy at all...
