Yes! My wife and I watched Netflix from an iPad together on a recent flight. Requires the Bose Connect app to pair one device and then the built-in Music Share feature to pair a second device. Playback is simultaneous and can be paused together.

Please try again later.Only if they are NOT Bluetooth and you have a headphone “splitter.” A splitter is an inexpensive connector that can be bought at Best Buy and breaks the headphone jack/signal into two lines. Some even have independent volume controls. Worth every penny if using the same device simultaneously. So far I have not heard of any device that supports more than one Bluetooth headphone device simultaneously .
