Thank you for your interest in the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II. The right earcup features a 3-button setup that includes controls for volume up, volume down, and a multi-function button in the middle. This multi-function button can control pause/play with one tap, and you can skip forward a track with 2 taps. The Action Button on the left earcup controls the use of Google Assistant, and can also be programmed to toggle your noise reduction level.
