“My headphones work great and are super comfy but I notice when I turn my head to one side the sound cuts off. They also keep disconnecting by themselves. Are they faulty?”

You might just try replacing the batteries. These do go through batteries pretty fast. That’s worth the comfort and quality, in my opinion.
