• I highly doubt you can listen to these at max volume. It will scramble your brains. I listen to them turned up pretty loud and I have never had anyone mention they can hear them. I wear them at night when I go to bed and my wife can't hear them.

• They will not be able to hear your music at regular volume. I have not tried max volume because that would be detrimental to my hearing!
