“Is Alexa pre-installed on these? I’ve read that people are having problems updating the firmware from the Bose Connect App. It was suggested that I buy these with Alexa pre-installed. Hopefully a BestBuy employee could answer this question. Thank you.”

• Hi! Thank you for your question. You will have to set up Alexa through the Bose Connect app when you first connect your headphones to your device. The setup is straight forward and the app will guide you through the process step by step.
