They are tight enough where you could, but I would not use them for that.

I never worked out in these, but I have worn them while walking or running to class, never had any issues with them. They're very comfortable

No, I wouldn't work out with these on. They are for listening to music and maybe videos. I would look for earbuds that wrap around your ear. That's what I use when I go jogging and also working out.

I would not use them for workouts, I would suggest the Jabra Active Elite 65T, they are quality and stayed in place, and there on sale for $139 regular price is $189!
