are these headphones closed ear? null

These are "over-the-ear" headphones. For me, they are comfortable for all-day use and don't make your ears hurt like headphones that sit on your ear.

Not sure what you mean by "closed ear", but if you are asking if they completely cover the ear, lobes and all, when wearing them, they do.

These headphones cover both ears completely like ear cups , in order to seal in the sound coming from the ( inner drivers ) , These provide better comfort , by not being in the ( inner ear ) canal , which is known to be quite uncomfortable .
