They are compatible as long as the system setup is done properly to support the bluetooth connection.

If your Xbox produces a Bluetooth signal, it is likely. If not, you will need the included cord. I have not tried this myself.

Use an 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable with mic and plug that into your ps4 controller, the QC25 works that way
