We use these in an open environment. We are constantly receiving complaints from folks on the other end of the conversation about ambient conversations and surrounding noise. No way to adjust mic sensitivity? No ability to connect a separate mic? null

It has 3 levels of cancellation. Can not connect another micorphone. The cancellation is excellent.
