I have used Bose QC headsets for years all the way back to the original QC. I recently purchased 2 QC 35 II's, one through Best Buy and the other was an exchange of my old headset through Bose. The ear cushions have always needed replacement after significant use. Best Buy does not offer replacement cushions to my knowledge. For the newer model headsets I would probably order replacements directly from Bose; however, they typically do not have replacement cushions or headbands for older headsets. For an aftermarket solution I have found 'Wicked Cushions Premium Replacement Ear Pads' to be excellent factory-quality replacement cushions for models not available from Bose.
