“I purchased a pair of these Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II headphones, set noise cancellation to high yet I can still hear people talk. Did I buy the wrong product or could they be defective? Thanks.”

• Thanks for your answer Bipolarbear. So since they don't block the noise of people talking are they defective and should I return them? I had considered Sony WH-1000XM4 but went with Bose instead. Would the Sonys be better for cancelling people talking sounds as well as road noise? Thanks
