My husband gave me new earphones by B&O but while their sound was fine they were not noise cancelling. I ended up using my old Bose and decided before our next trip that I just needed to return the Bang and Olufsen earphones and get new Bose. Love the sound and the quiet. I use them at home if I am watching something on my laptop and my husband is watching television--I highly recommend these earphones.
