“I have been having a difficult time trying to get my headset to pair. I finally got it paired, but it won't connect unless I place them on top of the pc, so obviously this won't work. Sound works if I'm on top of pc that sits on the floor, crackles.”

To pair my QC-45's with my Macbook Pro [which is obviously not a PC]I deleted all QC icons in wifi menu. Turned off Bluetooth in wifi menu. Then restarted. Also used Boise Music app on my Android phone.
