Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi. Please do a reset on your headphones and phone/tablet. To reset your headphones: 1. Connect a USB charging cable to the right earcup. 2. Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch right and hold it while connecting the other end of the USB charging cable to a USB wall charger. 3. Once connected, release the switch to reset your headphones.
