No, these are reviews left from members from the tech insider network program. Not Best Buy or Bose employees.

(First one got ran over by a forklift at work the first week i had them) went and bought another pair. Design way better. Sounds great and never falls out. I just bought quiet comfort II last month. (Noise canceling) Also amazing and fit great. Sounds amazing. Especially since there an EQ. For the price, definitely worth it but i wait until they go on sale. Bose is Boss! F apples.
