Why dont the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds II show up on the bose connect app? I have them already paired to the phone. The new v2 earbuds arent there even on the app as an option. Only the first generation headphones are null

They use the Bose music app just like the over the ear quiet comfort earphones, it is a better app anyway

Both the QuietComfort Earbuds II and QuietComfort Earbuds are not compatible with the Bose Connect app. You'll require the Bose Music app.
