How much db noise reducyion do they provide null

Not sure of the number, but you can’t hear any outside noises while in use.

Not sure of the actual db’s but as soon as I put them in and the noise cancellation kicks in, I can barely hear anything else if at all besides what is playing. I use them while i cook/clean and the only thing i can hear is the music. Be careful or you won’t notice how much noise you are making while these are in.

Quite a bit, read my review, they are good enough that my wife thinks I don't listen to her. But companies are only allowed to reduce so many db for safety reasons.
