• I don't see why not. Haven't tried it myself but they have no problem with a laptop, tablet, or phone.

• This will depend on your Samsung TV's Bluetooth specs. If the TV supports Bluetooth 5.3 and A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), then you should be able to use your QuietComfort Earbuds with your TV.
