“Greetings When wired to my stereo receiver to watch TV the stereo volume has to be turned way up and barely audible through the headsets. Any help would be greatly appreciated!”

• How are you wiring these headphones to your tv? Please explain

• Please check that the volume on both the headphones and the TV, as the volume for both will be separately controlled when using a wired connection.
