I’ll tell you straight up. They’re way too quiet. The noise of the gym is louder than the max volume. The noise cancelling works phenomenally, great for flights, it’s very quiet until you take them out. But I didn’t purchase them for hearing protection. I want to listen to loud music when I’m working out, and these don’t do it.
