“I have Bose - QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. I ask question if one could turn the noise canceling feature off and on. I received answer to use button on left side. All I get is a message stating battery %. ??”

Yes, click bottom on left side once, you will get the battery %, click again and you will get "Aware', click a third time and you will get "Quiet", the two levels of sound cancelling. They do work well once you master this. Written directions would be nice to be included in the purchase.

On the QuietComfort Headphones, you can choose between two pre-configured noise-cancelling modes, Quiet (full noise cancellation) or Aware (no noise cancellation). Alternatively, you can create up to two of your own custom modes.
