“I do not like Bluetooth or any other wireless technology. Can I disable Bluetooth by default? I would like to use the headphones to just reduce noise levels in a noisy room, without connecting to any sound source (i.e. - Not using any cables). Thanks!”

This can be done. When you turn it on it will announce the battery level, and looking to connect a device and can leave it on. The only issue is it might cycle through with an announcement saying it’s looking to connect or something similar periodically. Best scenario is to connect it to a device and let it announce “connected to (device name)” and then use them without any audio through the device.
