Yes.. As long as both sub units are the same model. BOSE support has confirmed this. I've ordered an additional acoustimass module which is the same as the bose 700 subwoofer. The additional sub can be added via the Bose music app. I'm looking forward to adding to this already awesome sounding setup. I've already gotten the surround 700 which is an improvement over the virtually invisible surround speakers. The dual sub will be the final piece for me.
