My device works perfectly. With every Alexa or Google home device if you have music playing loudly, sometimes they won’t hear you. This is very normal with all devices. You can connect remotely through your phone and use Google via Bluetooth on your device. I don’t think Google home has Bluetooth capability yet they were going to fix it. But you can connect any Bluetooth device through your Bose
