If your device has bluetooth, it should work just fine. It does come with a charger. Standard micro USB cable, but the end that plugs into the wall is pretty slick. It's thin, and the plug blades fold down flat so it's very packable and doesn't look like a gaudy charger sticking out of the wall when it's plugged in. Hope that helps.

As for an automatic charger... well it can be recharged using the usb/wall plug or it can be recharged off the device it is hooked to via the speaker output jack. It comes with the usb cord.
