• You can get info online at Bose.com - very easy to sync with any Bluetooth device

• At first I was as UR! But, you need to link in with your Phone device through settings.

• I did receive a manual with the purchase of my system, but I wanted a more complete one. I printed the manual from Bestbuy.com. In the search box, I typed in BOSE SoundLink System. You will see a picture of the system & a link to download/print the manual.
