Hello, Glenninkapolei! You can use the standard audio cable to connect these headphones to the in-flight entertainment system and access both the movie audio and music channels. On some airplanes, you can plug the cable directly into the in-flight entertainment system’s audio jack. The cable it comes with fit into the normal 3.5mm connections on the older style planes for music supplied by the airline. The newer planes have a WiFi system that you can use with a tablet or smartphone and then the normal Bluetooth connection to the headphones from phone or tablet.

They come with a normal earphone jack which I have always been able to use on planes. I've used it on United, US Airways, JetBlue, and New Zealand Air in the past year.
