“What is the specified Transmission Loss for these headphones? For example some headphones without audio, sold by Grainger, claim to reduce sound pressure level by 25dB (aka TL=25db). Please let us know! Thanks.”

I have notice no loss of sound quality/volume even when moving around my home or exercising. Don't know the specifics but love mine and did not want audio.
