A:AnswerTake another look at the box that it came in. The charger is buried in the bottom of the packaging. I had trouble finding it too. You need USB to micro USB if you cant find it.
A:AnswerSounds like you didn’t fully charge it when it was new. Your battery has been short cycled and probably is as good as it will get try running it down to about 10%and charge it for 24 hours.

A:AnswerNo. You must tell Alexa to connect to one or the other. Only way to use 2 speakers at once is if you pair them in party or stereo mode. I have 2 micros connected to an Echo Spot in stereo mode and they work and sound great. The other way to do this is to use multiroom speakers like the Bose Soundtouch 10. Neither the Micro nor the HK have this capability.
A:AnswerI have a similar model connected to my echo show no problems through Bluetooth. Just make sure you have the pairing on when you're doing your pairing on your echo device auto connect automatically when I turn it on.
A:AnswerYou can sync any 2 (maximum) bose Bluetooth speakers. 30 feet apart and use short cut button. But its a Must to download The Bose app for PREMIUM sound advantage !!!!
A:AnswerHi, I am sorry to hear that you are unable to get the volume buttons working. Please reach out to our customer support team who would be happy to help you: https://bose.life/3nTDo5H
A:AnswerYou should be a able to control the volume with the plus and minus signs on the speaker. Try connecting the speaker and turning the volume on your desktop all the way up, that way you have full control of the volume through the speaker. If not maybe try the audio settings on your computer?
