A:AnswerHi BigOinDallas, thanks for your interest in the SoundLink Micro Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker! To provide some clarification, the Micro does support the A2DP 1.3.1 Bluetooth profile. The bass on this speaker is incredible for its size, and I've really been enjoying my Micro. Hope this helps! Jesse - Bose Support

A:AnswerTake another look at the box that it came in. The charger is buried in the bottom of the packaging. I had trouble finding it too. You need USB to micro USB if you cant find it.
A:AnswerHi, That's a great question. The soundLink Micro can be immersed in water up to 3.ft (1 M) drop into water for up to 30 minutes without losing connection. A:AnswerNo. You must tell Alexa to connect to one or the other. Only way to use 2 speakers at once is if you pair them in party or stereo mode. I have 2 micros connected to an Echo Spot in stereo mode and they work and sound great. The other way to do this is to use multiroom speakers like the Bose Soundtouch 10. Neither the Micro nor the HK have this capability.
A:AnswerHi, I am sorry to hear that you are unable to get the volume buttons working. Please reach out to our customer support team who would be happy to help you: https://bose.life/3nTDo5H
A:AnswerYou should be a able to control the volume with the plus and minus signs on the speaker. Try connecting the speaker and turning the volume on your desktop all the way up, that way you have full control of the volume through the speaker. If not maybe try the audio settings on your computer?
