A:AnswerWith the Bose Connect app on my iPhone I was easily able to connect the speaker to my iPhone and My Mac laptop and switch off between the two. Very simple to use and the connect is rock solid.
A:AnswerHello CharlieS, thank you for your question. We do not have a specification available for "Operating Temperature", however the "Charging Temperature Range" is 32 to 122 °F (0 to 50 °C) which would be closest to what you have asked. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support
A:AnswerWattage is a poor means of evaluating a speaker. The only reason one would apply wattage is to rationalize a speaker which does not sound good enough by stating it has a higher wattage. The speaker volume, sound and clarity is purely subjective, and you simply have to trust your ears. Make sure that the device you are connecting to is turned up all the way as well. If you use the APP you can set certain parameters of the speaker to make it sound different (I believe there is bass boost...not 100% certain). I find it to be one of the most accurate bluetooth speakers I've heard, and find it to have plenty of volume. Bose also makes the much louder "Revolve +" speaker (which I own as well). The sound quality of all of them is top notch from my perspective (I got into music school on Violin, and played the bass). But again, follow your ears. No reason to keep it if you don't like it. Put it side by side with another one and perhaps you will like the other better.
A:AnswerHi BigOinDallas, thanks for your interest in the SoundLink Micro Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker! To provide some clarification, the Micro does support the A2DP 1.3.1 Bluetooth profile. The bass on this speaker is incredible for its size, and I've really been enjoying my Micro. Hope this helps! Jesse - Bose Support

A:AnswerTake another look at the box that it came in. The charger is buried in the bottom of the packaging. I had trouble finding it too. You need USB to micro USB if you cant find it.
A:AnswerSounds like you didn’t fully charge it when it was new. Your battery has been short cycled and probably is as good as it will get try running it down to about 10%and charge it for 24 hours.

A:AnswerNo. You must tell Alexa to connect to one or the other. Only way to use 2 speakers at once is if you pair them in party or stereo mode. I have 2 micros connected to an Echo Spot in stereo mode and they work and sound great. The other way to do this is to use multiroom speakers like the Bose Soundtouch 10. Neither the Micro nor the HK have this capability.
