Yes, the speaker is hard to turn ON or OFF. I do not even know if it is turned ON already

To disable the Micro's auto-off feature, you can change the "Auto Power-Down" setting to 'Never' in the Bose Connect app. Once you connect your Micro to your phone or tablet, please open the app and select the settings menu in the top right.
